Shipping Restrictions

• Orders are delivered only to the address provided at checkout; delivery to P.O. boxes is not permitted.

• Delivery may not be possible in some remote or restricted locations.

Packaging & Damaged Orders

• Products are securely packed, but if the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform customer support immediately.

• India Gift Store is not liable for delays or damages once the order has been handed to the shipping company, but we will assist with resolution and claims as needed.

Payment & Verification

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.

• For large transactions, additional verification documents may be requested as per regulations.
