Refunds are provided only if the product is received broken or damaged.
Upon delivery, customers must click a photo of the product at the time of receiving to verify the condition of the product.
This photo is essential to initiate the return and refund process and serves as proof of the damaged product.
All returns and refunds are subject to verification by our team.
If the product is confirmed as broken or damaged after verification, a full refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

To request a return or refund for a broken product, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with the photo proof.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition unless damaged during delivery.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

Refunds are not provided for products that are not damaged or broken.
We do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
